I purchased the 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS Standard yesterday (6/4), but it was not clear that this was a cloud based, browser only version. We want the actual SOLIDWORKS Software that can be downloaded. I have already submitted a support form requesting that this 3DEXPERIENCE subscription be cancelled and refunded, but have not heard anything back yet. Is there some sort of ETA as to when this can/will be resolved, or am I just at the mercy of their support team?
