Hello. I hope this is the right place to post this.

Is there a way to apply a color to a part's texture? I have a part made of anti-slip metal sheet.. I don't know if thats the right term in english, it's like this: http://mangraeco.es/assets/images/frontend/uths6000l/inspector_02.jpg  

But I also need to paint to red. Is there anyway to color this texture?
