Hi Guys,

I have users that check out files, potentially make changes, and forget to check them back into the vault.  I can find these by doing a search in the vault for check out files, but ideally I would like them to receive an email notification that they have had a file checked out for x number of days.  I know how to create alerts for files delayed in state, but checked out is not considered a separate state.

I am concerned that we will loose data due to my coworkers poor EPDM practices.  Thoughts?
