in my solidwork premium 2012 there was a setting in colour option by checking it we get changed color for first time changed dimension and when we put our corsor on it we get display showing that previous dimension

but when I tried the same in solidwork 2016. The colour do not Chanhe and no display

please give me correct procedure for changing colour of dimenssio when model is changed and saved
