Is there a supported way to read thread information from a part file using theSOLIDWORKS Document Manager API (SwDocumentMgr), without opening the file in SOLIDWORKS?

Specifically:
1. Can the Document Manager API access feature / thread data at all?
2. Can it read Hole Wizard feature data and cosmetic thread information (e.g., the thread designation such as M6x1.0)?

If this is not available through the Document Manager API, is there any recommended alternative? Thanks.
