Hello,

I have imported an stl file as a solid body.

Now I wish to trace a profile from the body.

I have created a reference plane in the right position, and I have opened a sketch on the plane.

When I select Convert Entities > Intersection Curve, the interface will not allow me to select the entire solid body.

I could work around this by selecting each individual face, but there are many of them.

I would like to drag a selection box around many faces, but I can't do that either.  When I right click on an element of the body, I get options to do a rectangular or lasso selection, but then I can't select anything by dragging around on the screen.  I also can't "select all", no parts of the body are selected when I use this command.

Can anyone help with this process?
