So I can't open Solidworks 2015 on Windows 10.  It used to work when I ran Windows 7 and both Composer and eDrawings work.  I've posted this question several times and emailed Solidworks to no avail.  As I get more information and suggestions that don't work I try to update my question.  So far I've tried:

Running in all compatibility modes

Uninstalling and reinstalling

Updating all drivers

Removing specific Windows updates

Launching through SolidworksRX

Disabling User Account Control

Recently when opening a ***.sldprt file from an email it has given me the error message:

C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS\sldwork.exe

The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.  Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.

I'm not really sure what else I can do.  Apparently there was some sort of update that may or may not allow Solidworks 2015 on Windows 10, but I'm not sure how to get it or if it even exists.  Any help with this matter is greatly appreciated.
