Whenever I try Tools > Options, or if I try Tools > Customize, it seems like nothing happens. The window doesn't open, and SW doesn't crash. However, once I try either of these I can no longer do anything except zoom in and out, and am forced to use task manager close SW because it can't even close itself anymore.
I am in the process of switching to a newer computer, and this is occurring on the new one. I suspect this was caused by my having used the "copy settings wizard." However, using the restore function of the wizard did not alleviate the problem (a cursory inspection indicates that it did change my settings back to default, but I'm still left with the problem). And because I can't open the options menu, I can't use the reset button there either.
Anybody out there who's familiar with this or have any ideas?
Thanks!
