I'm trying to use Solidworks 2016 SP2.0, I download it using a link provided by my university, put the serial number in, it downloads and installs. However, it won't start because it can't obtain a license. Error code (-1,359,2)

I did the same last year but didn't have this issue and it went fine, that was with last years version.
