I'm using SW 2019 2.0.

I create a new drawing and place views of a weldment onto it.   I insert a Cut List table. 

But when I go to add balloons, they all come up as item number 1.  

I've seen this before, and the fix was to go into the view's properties and link it to the cut list table.....but the cut list isn't showing up in the drop down for linking (it's blank).....and I'm left changing the balloons manually.
