I'm using Windows 10 64bit

I have tried installing SW 2015  SP5 and SW 2016 SP2 and both of them had the same error

The Installation Manager failed to register floxpress.dll

"C:\Windows\system32\regsvr32.exe" /s "C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS\floxpress.dll" returned 0xFF

I saw some people's post with similiar errors but there is no solution on the internet, and SW support doesn't seem to care about this subject.

I have deleted all of the SW stuff and downloaded it over and over about 5 times.I even deleted the registries.

I have disabled firewall, Antiviruses , windows defender and started the setup.exe as an admin. But everytime I'm coming up with the same error. I don't want to format my computer is there any suggestions?

I would stop wasting my time with that program but unfortunately I need that program for my lectures. Any suggestions?
