I've been having trouble getting the SW PDM installed through various methods, following the guides numerous times and it usually results in the same error: 

I went down the path off adding a StrLib.dll text folder in that folder itself and that didn't seem to resolve the issue either.

If anyone could offer some insight, it'd help me a great deal to get PDM running.
