Keep getting the error (interactive solver stopped , numerical difficulties, preconditioning failed, check boundary conditions.) I'm trying to display the stress areas of this part for visual purposes only. I'm creating drawings that are to be posted on a white dry erase board to communicate to welders on the floor where the need to look for stress cracks. I can obviously accomplish this in other ways but the stress plot is what I really want. I'm not a very experienced user. thanks in advance for the help.

     Below is a picture of the part and one of the simplified areas I'm trying to load. There are several of these areas that need to loaded and placed along side a drawing like a detail view. I really hope I can make this work.
