One of my users is having a problem getting the latest version of a file.  When he applies "get latest" EPDM does not get the latest version, but simply remains at the local version.

i.e.: current version is 1/2.  He "gets latest" for that file and afterwards, it is still 1/2....

I have looked at all the easy solutions (EPDM permissions for files, transitions, states, etc.) and no solution is aparrent.

HELP?
