I have some users that can't seem to Get Latest Version when another user has a file checked out...

There are various discussions on this forum about IT imaged computers and duplicate IDs on vault views, others mention read file privileges on folders, etc.  I just can't seem to figure it out.  I have all the check-out warnings disabled.  And, it doesn't effect all users (using the same group privileges).  I use a strict set of Groups privileges for all users, although I have notice discrepancies here and there in user accounts, most likely from defaulted settings upon account creation.

Does anyone have any ideas?  I've run out
