Solidworks 2009 SP4.0

I am using dual monitors. When I go to edit properties of an item (dimension for example) the property dialog box appears on my second monitor but I can not edit any of the fields nor do any of the keyboard keys work properly. For example, if I press an arrow key to relocate the cursor the model rotates. However, if I drag the property window back to the main monitor (where solidworks is running) then the dialog box fields are accessible again.

Anyone else experiencing this problem?
