Hopefully someone can help us, We recently upgraded to SW2025 SP1.2 and we are having a major issues with assigning global variables to parts in assemblies.

The problem started with our existing Assembly templates which are linked to a global variables txt file, when trying to change a certain dimensions in the assembly (Override the dimension) it gives a grayed out read only option and we can't switch it which is required sometimes (I've tried everything already), previous SW23 we had we could override this "Read only" Box.

So I've decided to make a new Assembly with a fresh global variable txt to test it, Unfortunately i can't even assign a global variable to a part in an assembly - gives me an error "The equation could not be evaluated because of deleted / invalid Dimensions"

I must mention If i assign the Global Variable in the part level it does work though, only can't assign global var in the assembly level to parts 

Would really appreciate if someone got a solution to this problem - right now we are stuck with existing templates and if we need to change anything, we have to assign dimensions manually to each part in the assembly.
