I have added a revision table to my drawing, but I cannot add a revision. When I right click on the table there is no "Revisions" option in the menu. Also, when I insert the table, it adds one row below the header automatically with "See DWG" under the description heading and dashes ("-") in the other columns; this does not normally happen for me when inserting a revision table.

How can I resolve this and have my Revision tabel insert and work like it normally does?
