Can't add Custom Properties

After I "Configure" Toolbox and add a custom property, assign it to all parts, and save it, when I go back to "Configure" the Toolbox, the property is no longer there. I have full rights to the Toolbox folder. Any suggestions?Solidworks Toolbox
