Can Solidworks Flow Simulation help solve out the torque or drag on the drilling bits?

The drilling bits has hundreds of small surfaces. it is very hard to use equation goals or surface goals to calculate the torque on the drilling bits.

and, how to set the polar coordinate system to report the surface goals in Flow Simulation?

Does anyone have solutions to the complicate CFD?
