It used to be that in a new drawing, once I had selected the part, I could create all the standard orthogonal views with successive clicks in the drawing area. Click, click, click, as many views as I thought I might need. Now I can only create one view and the command closes; to add more views I need to open another command.

I've pored over my settings, figuring I must have changed something inadvertantly, but I can't find anything wrong. What option do I need to change or set, to let me create multiple views without reselecting a command?

And why is it so difficult in general to find the setting that will do what I want? Maybe I'm a rank beginner, only having used Solidworks for 16 years or so.
