I have designed a new press to bend some aluminum bars for the shop.  It is a simple assembly.  I have it modeled with the bars in the assembly and the push rod mated so it moves up and down.  Is there a way to test this and actually watch the bars bend?  I am not familiar at all with simulation, motion studies and the like.  If I knew where to head in I can figure it out.  Any ideas would be appreciated.  Here is a screenshot
