The engineering manager tells me that if he right clicks on a file and selects notify, the file should be referenced in the e-mail. He says he has done this while with a different company. Everything I have read implies the EPDM manual notifications don't allow for this unless it is setup through a transition. I could see how it would be usefull to select files for reference to a manual notification.

Anyone seen this work as described?
