DraftSight permits embedding hyperlinks in a dimension. Is it possible to open them in eDrawings? if so how?

The attached drawing has a link in the 1.782 dimension. It works in DraftSight but not eDrawings.

I am looking for a method to create interactive content for machine operators starting from the drawing dimension. (I've not been able to do this in SolidWorks.)
