Can Design Scenario track component max/min stress?

I know that you can define workflow sensitive sensors and use them as "locations" for tracking design scenarios.  But I can't see how to define the max/min surface stress of a component as workflow sensitive.  My dilemma is that the location of the max/min can change so I can't simply define the workflow sensitive point z,y,x I'm interested in because it moves.  I can set a sensor but then SW won't let you graph the sensor in the design scenario.

What would be the simplest way of running a series of iterations where I'm changing the temperature or applied surface pressures and looking for trends due to changes in properties?  Is my only real solution to create numerous studies and manually transfer the surface sensor data to an Excel graph for trending?

In the picture you can see that my sensor shows a min P3 of 5.8MPa compressive, but the max is 28 in a region I don't care about for this study.  Graphing the P3 of the design scenario does me no good because it looks at the entire model and says 28MPa.  I would like the design scenario to track the P3 of only the top surface like the sensor does.

Suggestions?
