I am trying to setup a new template for structural members, and I cannot add a configuration based profiles. When I set the standard column to my folder/parts, it comes up as a blank file in the profile column. If I set the profile as ansi configurations and size as tube rectangular, it does not show a thickness/size. Is it possible to use configuration based structural weldments in costing? I know I have to be doing something wrong.

Also, when creating a drill operation, I cannot get the operation to show in the costing. I have tried different drill bit sizes, different drill bit types, editing the drill bit size to round up/down. I am drawing a blank.
