We have a floating license for SW Standard that has 20 seats available. One of our users currently has a borrowed license, but it seems as if it was borrowed within the 2019 License Manager. Is it possible for that borrowed license to be used for two different versions of SW open at the same time? Currently, the one borrowed license accounts for one open instance, but when the user opens another instance of a different version, it takes up another seat. The user's specific question was concerning if it is possible to configure SW to only check for a borrowed license before taking another seat from the floating license. Any guidance would be much appreciated! Thank you.
