My company is developing a validation of skills as a part of the performance reviews for our employees so that we might be able to remove the subjective content from the review process.  I am looking for any ideas that others might be implementing in their companys or ideas that you may have to basically validate the skills of an employee each year.  Thanks for the ideas.
