Hello,

I am trying to create bumps on the leading edge of a wing section. Something similar to image b) below.

The bumps are sinusodial, hence I have used the parametric spline to define the required sine wave along the leading edge. I have then used an extruded cuton on the sine wave profile to acheive the bumps, however it does not give me the result I require. As the image above shows, the bumps are smooth and merge into the wing section. The method I have used produces sharp edges and I am unable to use the fillet feature.

I am not sure how to achieve the bumps I require. I considered using a revolve cut, however I was unable to get this to work.

Any suggestions on how to get this working would be great. I have attached my SolidWorks part file.
