With a macro, I need to build note text that will include referenced dimension text and referenced hole callout text.  Like manually starting the note command and double-clicking on a dimension and then adding additional text.  The finished note text needs to update when any of the referenced dimensions or hole callouts have changed.

I don't know how to format the note string, or if it's possible.
