BUG? with move bodies features

We (several people in our office) are having real trouble with multibody parts.

We typically use a workflow as follows:

  1. We create a master model file that may have more than one body in it.
  2. The master is used as a starting part (Insert > Part) for child parts.  We DO NOT select the "Locate part with Move/Copy feature" because we want the part to be inserted at the origin.
  3. Several features are added to the Feature Manager Tree
  4. We then delete or move (rotate) bodies in the child parts to acheive the desired characteristics.  (Like a "molded" and "assembled" position of a part).
  5. Often, the move feature (Insert >Copy/Move) gets absorbed into the original Insert>Part feature, and the whole file gets rotated.  The feature is re-ordered in the Feature Manager Tree to a location other than where it was created.
  6. Also, the original bodies get a yellow colour that stays in the 3D viewport even after features are changed or deleted.
  7. Once the move feature is deleted, the parts don't move back to their intended position.

I can't seem to add an image (the button won't bring up a window to select one). Wait, I was able to attach one.

This is a real problem for us.
