Bug in SolidWorks Plastics Warpage Scale: Min and Max values are identical

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering a strange issue in SolidWorks Plastics when trying to view my Warpage (Total Deformation) results. The legend scale is completely broken.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, both the maximum and minimum values are locked at exactly 7.650e+06 mm. The entire color bar shows this exact same value across all color ticks, making it impossible to read the actual deformation results.

To add some context: sometimes the results are generated perfectly fine for this exact same part. However, if I tweak a parameter and run a new simulation, the warpage scale breaks like this. On other occasions, the error occurs right on the very first simulation run, making it quite unpredictable.

Here are some details about the study:

  • Study Type: Solid - Hybrid Tetrahedral
  • Elements/Nodes: ~10 million elements / 1.85 million nodes
  • Material: PP (Ticona / CELSTRAN PP GF30)

Has anyone experienced this specific glitch before? I'd like to know if this is just a UI/graphical bug, a corrupted result file, or an issue with the solver itself. More importantly, is there a workaround to fix the scale without having to rerun the entire cooling and warpage simulation?

Thanks in advance for any helpSimulationPlastics And Mold Design
