Does anyone know how to fix this aggravating issue with the GD&T symbol? I create a note and insert a GD&T symbol in it as seen in the first pic:

. . . then after I save it into the Design Library and pull it out on a new drawing I get this (pic 2):

If I make the note a block the symbol stays in-tacked, but I don't want this note to be a block for a number of reasons. No matter what I try I keep getting the broken link error.

Any thoughts?
