Hi guys/gals

I'm having a very simular problem as Rick just had.  I need to simply shell this half to 2mm wall thickness.  I think the problem is near the lower tip, but I just can't figure out where it's hanging up.  Maybe a fresh pair of eyes and smarter brain can find my flaw.  Thanks in advance. (SW2010 part)
