Third-party add-ins accessed from the Menu Bar in previous versions of SOLIDWORKS are also now accessed from the Tools menu. Additionally, any new third-party add-in that attempts to create a menu on the Menu Bar will now appear on the Tools menu.

As a result of this any 3rd party add-in menus are very difficult to access.
