For some reason when you use break lines and try to add a finish symbol or a geometrical tolerance box to the part when you drag it out it covers up the break on the dimension.

when you drag them out it does this

it gets rid of the break your dimension had before

If you attach either one of them to the dimension with breaklines turned on and drag it out it creates this crazy long line that extends out

is this just a bug? why cant we have them before the break just fine but not after??? this has happened in 2013 when we switched to 2014 last week i noticed it still does the same thing.
