I am looking for a work-around in the event a branch name is created and used, but the source file name is not modified.  In that case, the associated branch does not show in the vault view menu and therefore cannot be deleted or re-used.  When the branch is created, the copy tree/move tree interface provides a warning that the file exists, but does not prevent the action.
