I have some SolidWorks Drawing of an assembly. It has a BOM Table with a formula to show the "Description" property.

Problem: when I open this drawing, some rows at the table are empty, except by the part position number. Those lines get populated only if I open the model of the respective part in SolidWorks.

It seems like it lost the reference, but I can righ-click it and open those parts both from the drawing and from the table row.

How could I correct that to make it show the complete BOM information automatically, without needing to open the part?


Additional information: those problematic parts are indeed at a different location in the system than the common parts, but the "Locate references" funcionality at the Assembly finds everything without problems.
