I have ran into the issue of sorting my BOM. My software is SW 2012 SP4.0

I want to sort the BOM by the file name alphabetically. One the right you see my BOM which was already sorted, by using the sort settings like on the dialog box on the left:

The first 9 items are subassemblies, having more components. Then goes 3 positions, which are to be bought from outside. And then goes the parts, which are manufactured at our shop. Under the black square is the name of our company, which I am not sure if I can show. So all files start like e.g. COMPANY.01.00.00.000 (the hidden part of the file name is identical on all files).

My issue is this: you can see that in the list of the second black square some parts are not sorted correctly. The row 16 represents the first part, which should be in row 13. This is the BOM settings:

Should this be a solidworks bug, or is there any settings on my side, which I should check? Is there anything else I can do?
