I have a large assembly made up of several sub assemblies.  When I create a BOM on sheet 1 showing the whole assembly I have the bom indented to I can have detail numbering, such as 1.1, 1.2, etc.  The problem I have is when I create a second sheet in drawing and show one of the sub assemblies I am able to link it back to the bom on sheet one so it carries the same balloon numbers but if I create a bom on sheet two for the sub assembly it does not carry the same item numbers of the bom on sheet 1 even though the view on sheet two is linked back to bom on sheet 1.  Is there some way when I create the bom for sheet 2 sub assembly it carries the same item numbers it has on sheet 1?
