Bluebeam®PDF Revu®

Hi all,

I’m trying to find a good program to batch print my pdf files.

Right now, I use the Task scheduler to create my pdf (although the line quality is not as good as when I print Native SolidWorks Layouts).

My main problem is when I want to print all the pdf of a project (folder).

I have used a couple of software and most of them have the same problems (ex. Kordasoftware).

  • They do not print in numerical order (You need to pass thru all the pages to make sure they are in the correct order).
  • They do not let you chose the printer and the paper size (You have to change the default settings of your computer before you launch the software).

Now, I have download Bluebeam®PDF Revu® trial version.

I am very pleased with the software. I can batch print in numerical order, chose the printer and the paper size.

At my company we usually print in 8 ½”x11”, 8 ½”x14” or 11”x17” formats on two different printers.

Before I ask my boss to buy the software, I would like to have some feedback from Bluebeam users and from people that may use other method/software that could be free?

I don’t know if a PDM software can do those tasks but we don’t have one at the moment.

Thanks for sharing,

Martin
