Two lofts that come together at an angle. I am looking for a smooth transition, or a fill on the top, and a cut on the bottom to blend them together. Maybe I can create the shape in one loft, but I don't see how to build 3D guide curves. 

The loft on the right has a curved has an S shaped guide curve.  The loft on the left is straight, but tapers smaller. The two come together at a 30 degree angle.   What is a better way to do this. I'm out of ideas.  SW 2014 file attached.  Thanks for any help.
