What will be the blank size for a folded Mild steel U channel: Thickness 6mm.U dimensions 500 x 700 x 700 with 500mm length. with an internal fold radius of 25mm?

I know that it will vary depending on what V die we use. For this purpose , may be, consider V to be 8 times thickness.
