Black workspace

Solidworks is crashing. The workspace goes black. IT has replaced my graphics card, had me Defrag, ect. Nothing seems to help. The latest blackout included an error from NVIDIA.

Someone here is suggesting the problem could be... a dud graphics card, the driver installed for the graphics card is incorrect, the settings inside of the graphics card driver isn’t configured correctly for SW, or the settings in Solidworks isn’t configured correctly for the graphics card.

Below is everything I can think to provide so someone might be able to tell me what could be causing this.
