I am wondering if anyone can help me with a problem I have with SolidWorks.

When I try to perform various tasks I get a black screen, but only a small square around the mouse pointer is still visible.

My video card seems to be compatible and my laptop meets the system requirements of SolidWorks

If anyone has any possible solutions I would be grateful if you could reply back
