I'm wondering if Solidworks has any better direct editing tools planned for the coming releases?

The 'move face' command fails on me every time if there is any form of fillet involved.

Almost every 3d file I receive from suppliers / manufacturers requires an import of geometry, and the lack of tools to support this is very frustrating...

An example could be the attached file.

Without cutting this thing into pieces, or deleting most of the faces, I can't edit this... In my opinion, this should be a 5 minute job. Not a 20 minute - 3 hour job.

Can anyone move this using any of the direct editing tools?
