I've tried everything I can think of but Shell's not working.  I've ever tried offset surfacesto cut to, deleting faces and just thickening surfaces and even a few types of loft surfaces.  Any clue how to get the bottom bulge to be .0877" thick?  My surfacing skill suck, so I'm sure that's not helping at all.
