Best way to model crimp terminals

I was wondering what the best way would be to make crimp terminals similar to this one:

They're made of sheet metal, and rolled up I think. I've been looking at exampples here at work, but it seems everybody has a different way, and I really don't like any of them.

Does anybody have a suggestion? I think it woujld be neat to sketch a stretched out version, then roll it up in SolidWorks, but I know nothing of the sheet metal part, or if it's even possible. BTW: They don't have to be absolutely accurate, the models are just for assembly drawings.
