best practices...?

Hi All,

I have a sheet metal assembly that has PartA and PartB.  I also assembled some rubber feet.  And now I want to put some threaded inserts in PartB.  They should not go in the top level assy, because drawings will get messy, right?  My inclination is to create a new assembly, drag in PartB and then assemble the inserts.  Then in the main assembly, delete PartB and replace it with the new sub-assy.

Is this how you would attack the job?  Does SWX have a "replace" or "restructure" command that would make this an easier task?

My question is not really for today's simple 4 component assembly.  It is for future reference when dealing with larger and more complex models.

Thanks for your attention and comments!
