Here is how I normally edit the addin, which hasnt worked very well since loading and file locations are going wonky.
Current/working addin located on the network N:\\SWAddin
I copy the addin from N:\\SWAddin to my local drive C:\\
I uninstall the current addin before editing the copy.
After editing the copied addin, I replace the new addin.dll with the one on the network drive.
Sometimes my icons are wonky on the edited addin. Other times the addin is looking at the local drive even though I registred the addin on the network drive.
So what is the "best" method to use when editing addin projects?
